Due to the intimate nature of the products sold at VALGINA.com, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items. Once the order has been placed it is packed for shipment and can no longer be changed.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE ORDER IS SUBMITTED

Most motorized bedroom accessories come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty covering any defects. If a manufacturer does not offer a warranty, I personally provide a complimentary 30-day warranty to ensure your purchase is fully protected. Each item is marked with its specific warranty.

If you experience any issues within that period, please reach out to me directly and I’ll be happy to assist with a warranty replacement.

Fraudulent orders and orders cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a restocking fee of 7% of the order total to cover non-refundable transaction fees.
