Q: Is there a warranty on your products?
A: YES! Val warranties toys for a period of one year against manufacturing defects or materials that affect the product's function. This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the intimacy product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.

Q: Who Do You Work For?
A: Myself! PR went 'direct to consumer' in June of 2025.
Q: Is there a fee to have a Ladies Night?
I no longer charge a deposit for a party, my only requirement is that you'd be willing to give me 6 weeks notice prior to your show date, if you need to cancel or reschedule, as I book out 8+ weeks.
Rescheduling is a $200 deposit. This is my income, not a hobby.
