Stimulating Sensual Oil is HighOnLove's award-winning arousal oil for women. It blends premium hemp seed oil with natural oils to heighten sensitivity, increase natural lubrication, and ease discomfort, applied one or two drops at a time to the clitoral region with a precision dropper. It's the more intense sister of the Stimulating O Gel, it's latex-condom safe, and it comes in a 1 oz. bottle for $55 (marked down from $65) or a .3 oz. mini for $25. My honest take: this is the arousal product I reach for when someone says the gentle ones didn't do anything. Start with one drop.
Sensual Oil or O Gel? Stimulating Sensual Oil is the intense one: the label says so outright. Stimulating O Gel is the gentler, water-based pick for sensitive women, anyone wanting a lighter sensation, or anyone who is peri- or menopausal. Tried a tingle gel and felt nothing? Sensual Oil. Never tried one? O Gel.
The most common complaint I hear about arousal gels is "I didn't feel anything." The second most common is "it was too much." HighOnLove solved that by making two products and being honest on the label about which is which. This is the strong one, and it's my job to tell you how to use it so "too much" never happens.
What is Stimulating Sensual Oil?
Stimulating Sensual Oil is a topical arousal oil from HighOnLove®, crafted in small batches. The base is premium hemp seed oil with a curated mix of natural oils, designed to heighten sensitivity, increase natural lubrication, and ease discomfort while intensifying orgasmic sensation. The label calls it the bestselling HighOnLove product, and it's award-winning.
The formula also features Calybiota® BIO, an ingredient studied for supporting healthy vaginal flora. The notable actives, from the ingredient list, are L-arginine, peppermint oil, and capsicum, which is where the warmth and the tingle come from.
The features, from the label: heightens arousal; hemp seed oil infused; supports comfort by helping ease vaginal dryness and discomfort; enhances natural lubrication; award-winning formula; safe and versatile, compatible with latex condoms and suitable for solo or partnered play; easy-to-use dropper.
Two sizes: the 1 oz. dropper bottle at $55, and a .3 oz. mini at $25 if you'd rather try it first.
What it isn't: it isn't a lubricant, though the label says it encourages your own. It isn't the gentle option. And it isn't for everyone; see the warnings below.
What did I love?
It actually does something. That sounds like a low bar. It isn't. Most arousal products are so cautious they disappear. This one has peppermint and capsicum in it and you know within a minute that you've applied it. Warmth first, then sensitivity.
The dropper. Precision application is the difference between a great night and a regrettable one with a product this strong. One or two drops, exactly where you want them, nothing running anywhere else.
Hemp seed oil base. It's nourishing and it glides. The label says it helps ease dryness and discomfort, and that matches what I hear back: it doesn't sting the way some alcohol-heavy gels do on dry skin.
Latex-condom safe. A lot of oils aren't. The label says this one is, which means it fits into partnered sex without changing anything else about your routine.
The mini exists. $25 to find out if the intense one is your one. I wish more brands did this.
What should you know before buying?
Start with one drop. The label says one to two. With a product this strong, one is the right first dose. You can always add a second on the next round. This is my advice; the label gives the range.
Read the warning. The label says this product is not recommended for pregnant women or people with STDs, specifically those with genital herpes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
It's the intense formula. The label says it in red: this is MORE intense than the Stimulating O Gel, which is for sensitive women, those looking for a lighter sensation, or who are peri/menopausal. If that describes you, buy the O Gel instead. Same brand, same idea, gentler.
Keep it on skin. The label lists latex-condom compatibility. It doesn't list toy compatibility, so I keep it on the body and use a water-based lube on the toy itself. My rule, not the label's.
External use. The directions say the clitoral region. Nowhere else.
Toy care, the right way. If a toy is part of the plan, keep it in good shape:
- Lube: water-based only with silicone toys. Aqua water-based lubricant is my go-to, and that is what goes on the toy when Sensual Oil goes on you. Not sure what's safe with what? Check my lube and toy compatibility chart.
- Cleaning: a dedicated adult toy cleaner only, like Cleansing Foam adult toy cleaner. No hand soap, dish soap, or antibacterial cleaners.
- Breathable storage: one toy per Toy Tote, which is Bioshield 75 lined so toys don't touch, melt, or discolor.
- Locked storage: the small Locking Toy Chest in gold or black, or the large Lockable Adult Toy Chest with two velvet-lined compartments, a carry handle, and a 3-digit combination lock.
How do you use Stimulating Sensual Oil?
- Use the dropper to apply 1 to 2 drops onto the clitoral region. Start with one.
- Gently massage it into the skin prior to intimacy or self-love.
- Give it a minute. The warmth builds; don't add more before it's had a chance.
- Reapply as desired for heightened sensation.
- Condoms are fine. It's safe for use with latex condoms.

Stimulating Sensual Oil vs O Gel vs Euforia Pleasure Serum vs "O" Vanilla Frosting
Four arousal products, four intensities. All go on externally. Here's how to pick.
| Product | Price | Best for | Key feature | Availability |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stimulating Sensual Oil | $55 (1 oz) / $25 (.3 oz) | The strongest sensation; tried gels that did nothing | Hemp seed oil, peppermint and capsicum warmth; dropper; latex-condom safe | In stock |
| Stimulating O Gel | $35 (.6 oz) / $55 (1 oz) | Sensitive skin, lighter sensation, peri/menopause | Same brand, water-based, less intense; condom and toy safe | In stock |
| Euforia Pleasure Serum | $39 | A gentle warming tingle with a measured pump | Aloe, peppermint, ginger, ginseng, L-arginine; keep off silicone toys | In stock |
| "O" Vanilla Frosting | $25 | The most intense cooling tingle, kissable flavor | TriPlex Tingle menthol cream; works on him too; not with latex | In stock |

What's the verdict?
Stimulating Sensual Oil is the arousal product for people who've been disappointed by arousal products. It's strong, it's precise, and the brand is honest about who it isn't for. Used one drop at a time, it's the best in the category I carry. Used like a lotion, it's too much. The dropper is there for a reason.
- Best for: women who've tried a gentle arousal gel and felt nothing, and couples who want a noticeable, warming boost during foreplay.
- Buy it if: you want real intensity, you're not pregnant and don't have an STD, and you're willing to start with a single drop.
- Skip it if: you're sensitive, peri- or menopausal, or new to the category (buy the O Gel), or the label warning applies to you.
